Our story began many years ago as children. We had wonderful friends and family that taught us to cook from taste and passion, not from a simple recipe. Old World Sicilian influences shaped the childhood of our resident Mama. Mama has kept these secrets close to her heart, while influencing many generations through her passion for cooking and love of being in the kitchen. We have found that the best of times can usually be traced to a meal or kitchen full of love.

We have been testing and tasting to perfection our recipes for several years. Previously on our pizza food truck and currently on Papa Dog's Hot Dog's, our food trailed that services Canyon and Ada Counties in Idaho.

We wish to share our love of cooking and the joy our dishes bring to you through our handcrafted sauces and spices from our home to yours now.
